Alan began his legal practice in Anacortes in 1997, following his career in the Navy's Civil Engineering Corps.  After receiving his degree in law with honors from the University of Washington, Alan started his practice in the areas of property, contracts, business, estate planning, and probate.  Alan also has a masters in electrical engineering and B.A. in sociology.  He is licensed as a professional engineer in Washington and Colorado.  During his Navy career he was in charge of the on-site construction of Naval Station Everett and served as the Public Works Officer at  Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island.  As an attorney, he has experience in contracts, construction law, litigation, property matters, business, estate planning, and probate.

Darcy joined the law office in 2008 upon returning to Anacortes following her graduate education and legal work in Idaho and California.  She currently practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, property, probate, and business and litigation support.   After receiving her law degree from Chapman University, she taught law school in Southern California in the areas of tort law and real property.  A graduate of Anacortes High School in 1997, Darcy has many ties to the community and has joined an active network of those supporting families and seniors in Western Washington.
